Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship both within the United States and internationally. Our logistic hubs are located in China, the USA, and Vietnam, with the main factory based in Vietnam.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing time for Standard orders typically takes 4-5 business days. Shipping time is estimated to be 7-15 business days.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you need to cancel orders or make changes about shipping addresses, personal information or sizes, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 4 hours of placing your order.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email after placing my order?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email after placing an order, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct.

What payment methods do you accept?

Gamedaygarment accepts a variety of payment options, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.

How can I use my discount code?

Simply enter the discount code at checkout. Type or copy and paste the exact code into the “Coupon Code” field and click “Apply” to see the updated total. If you encounter any issues, please Contact Us for assistance.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

No, only one discount code can be applied per order (including our free shipping codes).

Why is my discount code not working?

If your discount code is not working, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The code does not apply to the items in your cart.
• The minimum purchase amount required for the discount has not been met.
• The code has already been used.

What if my package shows delivered but I have not received it?

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

• Ask Neighbors: Check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them by mistake.

I ordered multiple items – why did I only receive one?

If you’re missing part of your order, it’s possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large.
