DELIVERY INFORMATION

Production

  1. All items sold on gamedaygarment.com are made to order. Orders go through printing and tailoring before shipment to ensure consistent quality.
  2. Orders are printed and tailored within up to 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. Production time may vary slightly depending on item type and order volume.
  3. Once production is completed and the order is handed over to the carrier, tracking details will be emailed within 5 business days.

Please note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days

 

Shipping timelines begin after completion of production.

Under normal operating conditions, delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days.
During periods of elevated order volume, seasonal demand, or external constraints, delivery may require 10–20 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs inspections or clearance procedures, weather conditions, labor disruptions,…) 

IF AN ORDER IS CONFIRMED AS DELIVERED MORE THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEYOND THE MAXIMUM STATED DELIVERY ESTIMATE, CUSTOMERS MAY QUALIFY FOR A PARTIAL REFUND EQUAL TO 40% OF THE ORDER VALUE.

Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

  • Delay must be verified through carrier tracking records

     

  • Order must have been shipped to the address provided at checkout

     

  • Exclusions apply for peak seasons, public holidays, customs delays, and carrier disruptions beyond our control

 

Delivery Responsibility

  1. Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
  2. Certain destinations require pickup at a local carrier facility. When applicable, customers will be notified by email. Failure to collect the shipment within the carrier’s holding period may result in return or disposal by the carrier.
  3. Orders that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to address-related issues are not eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment.
